Monolithos beach is popular with families thanks to the gently sloping entry into the water providing plenty of shallow areas for chilldren to enjoy the sea in safety. There are also play ground areas built near the beach. A range of beach bars and restaurants are also available providing entertainment and loungers on the beach to relax on. Monolithos village also features a traditional fishing harbour giving it real Cycladic charm and some great seafood tavernas.
